List member information - please input your name the way you want it to appear on the e-mails you will receive.  Married couples may each sign up for the newsletter individually using separate email addresses or may input both names together, such as "Joe and Mary" using a single email address.  Also, you may use titles such as "Father Joe" or "Sister Mary" on the line for first names.
